I want to make a playlist of songs that involve someone screwing things up for everybody by being a fuck-up of some kind. I know that's a little too generic, and could refer to any song written about a man (see more below) but I'm looking specifically for songs where the protagonist is disappointed in someone for having done something stupid that cocked it up for everyone. Please let me know what you come up with; I need to make a mix tape for a dear friend of mine, and I need ideas.
Re men generally:
Most men are disappointments to their significant others for their inability to mature, their inability to accept responsibility, their inability to commit, their inability to keep their dicks in their pants, their inability to keep their eyes off other people's parts, their inability to take things seriously when appropriate, and their inability to finish what they started. They drink too much, fuck too much, gamble too much, and don't call when they're going to stay out all night with their friends. The exception to this last is of course when Peter Criss wrote "Beth" to let his wife know he wouldn't be home on time, but of course he stayed out late writing the song and forgot to call.
